My promise to you:
I will never recommend a card I don't personally believe in. I will always be transparent about referral links and partnerships. And I will always remember what it felt like to be a beginner — overwhelmed, skeptical and not sure where to start.

I created Tracy on Points because I kept getting the same questions from friends, family and coworkers.
How do you do it? Which cards do you use?
Isn't that bad for your credit? Where do I even start?

Family of five. Two working parents. Three teenagers. School breaks only.

This is not a flex. This is proof that it's possible.

We didn't change how we spent money.
We just changed where we spent it.

So I did what I always do when something interests me.
I dove in headfirst.
I read everything I could find. I learned the systems.
I figured out which cards earned the most points on everyday spending. I learned how to transfer points
(and not just book through the credit card portal),
how to book award flights, how to maximize hotel stays. And then I started applying everything I learned to our real life.

A few years ago I stumbled into the world of credit card points and miles. Not because I was looking for a side hustle or a  money hack — but because I desperately wanted to travel more and couldn't figure out how to make it work financially for a family of five.

For years I watched other families travel to incredible destinations and assumed they either had more money than us, more time than us, or some secret we didn't have access to.

Family of five. Full time jobs.
School-break travel only.
If we can do this, you can too.

If we can do this — you can too.

Welcome to Tracy on Points. Let's get you traveling.

I realized I had built something worth sharing.
So here I am. Sharing everything I know with zero
gatekeeping and zero fluff.
Just real strategies from a real person living this every single day.

We've used points & miles to travel to:
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Hawaii
  • Greece
  • Costa Rica
  • Portugal
     ...and more

Groceries. Gas. Bills. The same everyday expenses we were already paying — just on the right cards.
Paid in full every single month. No debt, no interest.
Our credit scores went up.
And our passport stamps? They multiplied.

Travel felt like something we'd do "someday" — when the kids were older, when we had more saved, when life slowed down a little.

Life never slows down.

So I stopped waiting.

Helping busy families travel more for less using points & miles.

If you'd told me a few years ago that our family of five would be traveling the world mostly for free —
I probably wouldn't have believed you.
Two full time jobs. Three teenagers with packed schedules.
School break travel restrictions. Limited PTO.
A budget that doesn't have much room for luxury travel.

Sound familiar?
